Product and pilot help
Include the church name, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the approximate time. Do not email donor lists, bank details, passwords, API keys, or complete financial exports.

Pilot sign-in help
Use the exact email address invited by the church Administrator. If sign-in is blocked, a secure email code expires, or the sign-in page does not offer the expected option, contact GoodForge. Self-service recovery is available only when the sign-in page explicitly offers it.
Google or email account problems
Google and your email provider control passwords, multifactor authentication, and account recovery. Restore access with the provider first, then return to SimpleSteward. GoodForge will not ask for your password or email security code.
Beacon product guidance
Beacon answers SimpleSteward how-to questions from the product knowledge base. Do not enter donor, vendor, payroll, banking, tax-id, password, or other private record details. You can hide Beacon throughout SimpleSteward from Beacon itself, Help, or My Profile.
Printing and phone capture
Print a plain-paper alignment test before using check or deposit stock. One-time QR links can collect check-layout photos or multiple receipts from a phone; review automatic crop boundaries before saving and use blank or redacted documents for calibration.
Security concerns
Report suspected unauthorized access, tenant exposure, malicious invitations, or leaked credentials immediately. Use the subject SimpleSteward Security and avoid including sensitive record contents.

Billing
Tenant Administrators can review trial and subscription status under Settings > Plan and billing. When paid billing is enabled, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are managed through Stripe’s hosted customer portal.
Before contacting support
Refresh the page, confirm the exact invited email address and church workspace, note any message shown and the approximate time, and check whether another authorized church Administrator can reproduce the issue.
